We endeavour to dispatch orders within 24 hours however sometimes it may be 48 hours before it can be dispatched. If for any reason there is a delay we will contact you and keep you updated on the progress of your order.

All UK orders have a standard recorded delivery charge of £3.40. Unfortunately we don’t offer next day or express delivery at this time. Orders received from the EU are subject to a €8 standard delivery charge

All returns are at the customers expense and we highly recommend you use recorded delivery as Big Attitude Design do not accept responsibility for any items that are lost in the post.
