Refund Policy

Merchandise purchased at Bad Clothing Company may be returned to our warehouse within 14 days from the date of purchase provided that they are returned brand new and in the original packaging.

This excludes personalised, customised, custom fit, or any other type of product where an adjustment has been made to the ‘normal’ at a customers request. These cannot be returned. We also reserve the right to alter, adjust, modify, resize, crop or recolour any image or text submitted to personalise an item with – this will only ever be to improve the quality of output.

The customer will be responsible for the postage costs except for faulty items.

We will endeavor to sort out a problem within 5 working days of receiving the complaint. Please report non-delivery after 14 days of placing the order. IT MUST BE before 21 days if delivery/non delivery is within the UK. If an item needs replacing please phone or email, within 14 days of receiving the goods, so we can make arrangements.

If the goods are faulty, damaged or different from those ordered, please contact us within 14 days of you receiving the order. We will replace the goods free of charge including postage, or give a full refund (if preferred) – within 30 days. It is important that you return the goods new and unused in the original packaging for you to receive a replacement or refund. If insufficiently protected we have the right to refuse the returned item.

If the goods are ordered in error we will refund the goods in full, if sent back within 14 days of your receiving the order, but we will charge postage costs.

Shipping Information

We dispatch parcels Monday to Friday, and delivery is within these days.

Our courier will attempt delivery, and if unsuccessful, will leave a calling card informing you of their attempt. Please follow the instructions on the card, or contact us for more help. If you do not respond to the card within 5 working days, the parcel will be returned to us and you will be liable for all postage costs. If you have not received a calling card within 5 working days of ordering, you should contact us to avoid the parcel been returned to our warehouse. If you have not contacted us within this timeframe, you may be liable for postage. There may be additional postage charges and delays to certain areas including Scottish Highlands – we will notify you of these before dispatch.

Mainland Europe includes mainland France, Spain, Ireland, Germany, Portugal, Czech Republic and Holland. Unless otherwise agreed, we do not ship to any other countries. If there any additional customs duties to pay, the customer assumes full responsibility for them in their entirety.Standard 3-5 Working Day Delivery will be based upon 5 to 7 day delivery.Orders shipping outside of the European Union will be subject to a GBP30 customs handling fee on top of the order total. Customers will be contacted for additional payment.

Order Acceptance

Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and Bad Clothing Company for the sale by it to you of any product will take place when Bad Clothing Company notifies you by email confirming that it has dispatched your product. The acceptance will then be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Bad Clothing Company send this email, whether or not you receive it. Payment may be taken before this point but this does not indicate acceptance. If we cancel your order your payment will be refunded immediately.

Cancellation Policy

An order may be cancelled without reason 5 days after being in receipt of the order. Payment for the goods will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods. The Customer will be responsible for all postage costs.

All financial transactions carried out with Bad Clothing Company take place using secure servers. All information is encrypted using state of the art SSL software. This software ensures that no third party can access your details. All sites are scanned daily by an independent security company to detect and resolve any vulnerabilities. Credit/debit card details are deleted immediately after being charged and if you order online are not seen by any staff.
